How Are Your Holsters Made?
Over 80% of our holsters are hand-built exclusively by our Senior Techs using various thermoplastics.

What Happens After I Place an Order?

Your order will be reviewed by our Shop Manager and any special materials required which are not in stock will be ordered.  We may also contact you to discuss details such as light/laser positioning on guns where there is more than one available position.   

• Standard Orders (non-custom/basic color): Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. *Goal 1 Week*
• Custom Orders (with light/laser attachments): We may contact you by phone or text to confirm the placement of your light/laser attachment or to clarify details about your key for different lights/lasers. *Goal 3-4 Weeks*
• Custom Patterns: If you’ve chosen a custom pattern, we’ll reach out to confirm your design preferences before proceeding with production.
• ** Production times may be longer based upon patterns or colors being ordered which are out of stock, a gun for which we have to acquire new molds, a gun & light combination which we’ve never built before (we offer 50+ lights) and for which custom fixtures have to be designed, built and tested.

Do You Offer Rush Orders?
Our website mentions that orders will ship within 3-5 days if you choose RUSH and it will be if the pattern is in stock. If the pattern isn’t available, we’ll order it immediately and prioritize your order once it’s in stock to ensure it’s shipped as quickly as possible.

How Custom Are Your Holsters?
We can honestly say we are probably the most custom holsters on the market. We offer over 200-gun models, over 50 lights/lasers, and over 200 patterns or colors.

Are Your Holsters Made in the USA?
Yes! All our holsters are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. We are proudly in the Great Lakes State, Michigan!

Do You Offer Discounts for Military, LEO, or Firefighters?

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships and it will be through USPS.
